Rediscovering Yourself Through Your Life Story - Thursdays, July 10 - 31 | 5:30 - 7:30pm
As we move into the next phase of our lives, there are benefits to stopping to reexamine where we have been. What are the stories you tell yourself and others about your life, and how do those stories change when viewed through the lenses of time and age? Explore key moments and themes from your life through thematic journaling, no writing experience required! What will you uncover? What will you rediscover? What new meaning will you make? You will be guided through a process to tell your life stories, two pages at a time, embarking on an exploration of your life, story by story. Through the writing and sharing of our stories in a safe space, we gain clarity on all iterations of ourselves throughout our lifetime and clear a path for a way forward.
Everyone has a story to tell, and your life stories matter. Interested in joining a guided autobiography group? Have fun learning about the process and sharing your stories in a supportive setting while making connections with others. Group classes are held weekly in person or virtually for four weeks, scheduled periodically based on interest.
Would you prefer to collaborate one-on-one with a coach? We will reflect on key moments and themes from your life, focus on writing your stories, and possibly craft a memoir for your loved ones. We will guide you through the process of finding your unique voice and the stories you want to share.
